The month of October has been designated as “Dine Out Peabody” where you can enjoy special offers at participating restaurants throughout Peabody. Similar to “restaurant week” the promotion lasts a whole month giving you more opportunities to enjoy diverse culinary experiences. Dine Out Peabody patrons have the opportunity to win Dinner Out for a Year – twelve $50 gift cards (1 per month in 2021) at select Peabody MA restaurants. Plus each week we will draw 4 winners to receive a gift card to a restaurant participating in the Dine Out Peabody promotion. Grand prize value $600; gift cards for weekly winners are $20-25 in value.

Dine Out Peabody – Official Contest Entry Rules
1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Visit www.eventbrite.com to claim one complimentary contest entry and/or purchase additional chances to win. Contest entries begin 9/28/2020 through 10/31/2020. All entries must be received by 7:00 am on October 31, 2020, when the internet contest ends. Additional complimentary entries will be disqualified.
2. Eligibility: This drawing is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age or older. This contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development, or handling, and immediate families/household members of anyone so employed are not eligible.
3. Drawing and Notifications: Weekly winners will be selected from among eligible entries through a random drawing on 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 20/30. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on 11/1/2020. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees for receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
4. Prize: Four (4) Weekly Prize winners will receive a gift card from one of the restaurants participating in the Dine Out Peabody promotion and announced on 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, and 10/30/20. Value of each weekly prize is between $20-25. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all entries and receive 12 $50 restaurant gift certificates – one each month during 2021. Peabody Main Streets will determine the restaurant gift certificates to be issued each month and mail to the winner at the beginning of each month beginning January 2021. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.
5. Prize Conditions: If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prizes or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, a winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Peabody Main Streets to use their name in all forms of media. Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
6. Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Peabody Main Streets, restaurants, advertising, and promotional agencies and prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from or relating to an entrant’s participation in the drawing and/or acceptance or use of any prize including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted and (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the drawing.
